DVH Cycles return policy is 7 days from date of purchase.

Terms and conditions of return:
Product must be unused and in their original undamaged product packaging unused/unfitted and in a sellable condition. Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include but are not limited to:

1.Perishable goods such as nutrition

2.Clothing such as bib shorts

3.Gift Cards

4.Some health and personal care items

5.Sale Items

If the return is due to an error on our behalf DVH Cycles will arrange a collection from you with our 3rd party courier company.

Process for a return:
Email deno@dvhcycles.co.za with a copy of your invoice as well as an image of the product you wish to return. We will contact you with a shipping quote and timeline on when our courier will be able to collect the item/s. An invoice for the courier of these items will be sent to you and collection will only be arranged once this invoice has been paid. A delay of more than 48 hrs will result in a no return policy.

Refund Policy
Once your item/s have been returned and inspected we will send you a mail to notify you that we have received your returned items as well as an approval or rejection of your refund.

Please note that all customer requests to be refunded will have a 10% handling fee deducted for wasted costs (Banking Cost/Settlement Cost/Refund Cost/Shipping Cost).
